West Virginia though it’s smaller would be a new state too if ND won’t move

ND is going to be about what the playoff rules end of being. If they are staying Indy for the next 15 years (which they will if the proposed 12 team playoff is passed) Cincinnati and West Virginia would give ESPN two new states.

This is all assuming there is not some arrangement between the SEC and ACC. Or the majority of the ACC splits between the SEC and B1G. $30,000,000 and growing a year behind in revenue has a lot of people worried.
